Community Participation & Representation Guidelines

These guidelines apply to all community spaces, including but not limited to live events, meetings, virtual rooms, presentations, chat interactions, visual assets, written materials, and recordings associated with On Balance Entertainment LLC and all of its brands, programs, initiatives, and subsidiaries.

Inclusive, Safe Community

We strive to create a welcoming space where all kind humans are valued. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for hate speech, discrimination, or rudeness of any kind—whether blatant or implied.
This includes racism, ableism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or any form of marginalization.

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

Determinations regarding violations are made at our sole discretion, based on the context, impact, and values of the community. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to maintain safety and integrity.
If you experience or witness harm, please let us know so we can address it promptly and thoughtfully.

Respectful Communication

Please engage with others respectfully, even when opinions differ.
Sarcasm, passive aggression, or dismissive language undermine the collaborative atmosphere we’re building.
When in doubt, choose clarity and kindness.

Cultural Representation & Community Respect

We believe in the power of personal voice and welcome all forms of creative expression.
At the same time, we are committed to maintaining a space that honors the dignity of all people and cultures.

We ask participants to avoid using cultural or spiritual references in room titles, images, presentations, or materials—unless you have a direct, lived connection or clear permission to share them.
This includes references to sacred practices, attire, ceremonial roles, or cultural symbolism that may hold significance for specific communities.

This isn’t about restriction—it’s about integrity.
Our shared standard is simple: express your truth without borrowing what’s not yours to tell.
If you’re unsure whether something aligns with that value, reach out. We’re here to support you.

Room Titles, Visuals, and Presentations

When naming your room, uploading thumbnails, or creating presentations, please avoid using language, images, or themes that are discriminatory, stereotypical, or culturally appropriative.
If you’re unsure, ask us—we’re happy to help ensure your message aligns with our community values.

Recording of Sessions and Meetings

At On Balance Entertainment LLC—operating as Global Business Plaza, and all related subsidiaries—we prioritize transparency, respect, and participant privacy.

Many of our sessions and meetings are recorded for training, documentation, and quality assurance.
If you attend an event or meeting hosted by us, you acknowledge that it may be recorded unless otherwise stated.
These recordings help us improve programs, maintain accountability, and support participants who could not attend live.

All recordings are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, and consent will be obtained when required.
If you have concerns about being recorded, please contact us before the session begins—alternative arrangements may be available.

Participant Recording Policy

While hosts may record sessions for legitimate business or educational purposes, participants are not permitted to record (audio, video, or live screen share to other places or platforms) without explicit written consent from On Balance Entertainment LLC or the designated host.

Screenshots for personal reference are permitted unless otherwise noted in advance.

By participating in any On Balance Entertainment LLC session, meeting, or event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

All official recordings are securely stored and handled according to our privacy and data protection standards to preserve confidentiality and integrity.
